Why the case record is anonymous

Clients come to us during the worst week of their year, and many are being watched. Every matter is handled under written confidentiality, and we do not disclose client identities — including in our own marketing. That is why you will not find named testimonials here. The confidentiality that protects them is the same confidentiality that will protect you.

What you are actually buying

  Client identities are never disclosed — including in our own marketing. Where a client may be monitored, we adjust how we communicate before we do anything else.

• Precision

  Scope is defined and priced in writing before work begins. You will never receive an invoice for work you did not approve.

• Verification

  Findings are corroborated across independent sources. Anything we cannot verify is reported as unverified rather than quietly omitted.

• Intelligence-led method

  We begin from the question that needs answering, not from the tool we happen to hold. The collection follows the question.

• Confidentiality

  Written confidentiality on every matter, encrypted storage, and access limited to the examiners actually working the case.

• Clear reporting

  Written for the person who has to act on it — counsel, an insurer, a board — not to demonstrate technical vocabulary.

Scope and jurisdiction

Digital matters rarely stay inside one jurisdiction. At intake we will tell you whether we can act directly, whether the matter needs licensed local counsel or a locally licensed investigator alongside us, or whether you would be better served elsewhere. Being told no early is cheaper than being told no late.
